§1. Data Administrator

The personal data administrator is PUHIT Kraków Sp. z o.o. based in Kraków, ul. Fatimska 41a, 31-831 Kraków, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Kraków – Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000300761 (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator or Service Provider). Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and data storage takes place on secured servers. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Regulations or as described in the Privacy Policy (if directly resulting from the description) applies. For better comprehension of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced with "You", "Administrator" – "We". The term "GDPR" means the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption, and access control, thus minimizing the consequences of any security breach. Personal data are processed exclusively by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we closely cooperate. In this case, the Administrator ensures appropriate data protection against unauthorized access.
